These enjoyable Yoga classes will help you to strengthen and refresh your body and mind. The sessions are a combination of chair based and general mat yoga. The movements are gentle and can be done sitting or standing, using a chair or a wall for support. It helps you to enjoy yoga despite limited mobility, stiffness or balance issues. These classes will help you to feel grounded and flowing, energising and relaxed at the same time. These classes involve Pranyama (breath), Mantras (chants), Mudras (gestures), Asanas (postures). All levels are welcome!

I am Tatjana, I have been teaching yoga to adults and children for over 12 years. My first teacher training was with the British Wheel of Yoga. It was followed by a number of specialist training courses (yoga for women, pregnancy yoga, yoga and mindfulness for kids, yoga for individuals with special needs, sound therapy). While developing as a yoga teacher I also graduated in Psychology MSc (Westminster University), which gave me a deeper understanding of brain functioning, body and mind connection. I have worked with some of the leading mental health charities, rehab clinics and the NHS.
My teaching focuses on creating a safe environment and non-competitive atmosphere for students of every level. Every class is designed taking into account the needs of my students. I seek to make yoga accessible to anyone who wants to experience a greater sense of peace, joy and health.
